Course process

1/ Select the course

2/ Select the training centre

3/ Select the date ( if unsure choose more than a month in advance and advise us via email or over the phone once the date is known. 2 changes of dates are free of charge with 48 hours notice)

4/Supply your details. (please note that an email address needs to be individual for each student)

5/ Click on BOOK

You will receive a booking acknowledgment with access to your personal online account.

6/ Fill in the required details for CASA identification and forms. (under the personal info tab). Then feel free to browse through AROC details online.

7/ Apply for ARN (aviation reference number) myCASA)

8/ Once a deposit is paid online or a full payment is sent, you will receive access to the training manual.

Full payment at least 48 hours prior the course will secure your place in the course.

9/ Attend the course on the day. It will take 3 - 6 hours depending on your preparation, previous experience and the size of the class. If you did not enter your ARN in your personal data online, make sure you bring that with you. A passport or a birth certificate can be emailed to us, or you can bring it with you on the day for identification.

10/ Listen carefully to the brief, take notes and complete the online multi-choice exam.

After a successful pass a temporary AROC certificate will be available on your online account.

CASA will send their certification within 2 months to the address provided by you.
